CarolinaWest was established in 1991 as a seven county regional economic development team consisting of Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson, Madison, Mitchell, Transylvania and Yancey counties, including the City of Asheville.
As a regional economic development team, CarolinaWest works together to support a brighter future for Western North Carolina.
